The Nicole Mattson Athletic Scholarship provides financial assistance to Rancho Cotate High School senior-athletes who wish to continue their education. This Athletic Scholarship targets athletes who have a financial need, have displayed academic excellence, and have participated in at least one sport during their high school years.

To qualify, applicant must:

• Be a graduating Rancho Cotate High School Senior
• Be accepted to a community college, university, or a vocational program
• Have participated in High School Sport(s) a minimum of 2 years
• Exhibit a financial need
• Attach a copy of parents’ W2/1099
• Have a GPA of 3.0 or above
• Attach a letter of recommendation from a teacher
• Attach a letter of explanation as to why you feel you should be awarded this scholarship
• List your community and/or personal activities
• List any awards and recognition
• List intended field of study
